When will I receive my order?
We will ship your order the next business day after placing the order. Therefore delivery times to the Netherlands is 2 business days. To Germany and Belgium is 3 business days. To Luxemburg is 4 business days.
What countries do you ship to?
The Netherlands, Germany, Belgium and Luxembourg.
What are the shipping costs?
Free shipping on orders above €60,-.
For orders below €60,- we charge €3,95 shippings costs.
How can I check the status of my order?
When you place an order, you’ll get an email confirmation. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse you will receive an email with a track and trace link. Your can follow your order progress through this link on the DHL (our logistics partner) website.
Is it possible to buy items in the online shop and pick them up in a GARCIA store?
No this is not possible.
Is it possible to cancel my order without charges?
Yes, no problem. Just contact us at email@example.com.

You will receive a confirmation when we have received the returned items in our warehouse.
