Return and exchange policy

Would you like to return or exchange an item? That is possible without giving any reason. You have a return period of 30 days. This period starts on the day you receive the items.

Through our new return portal you can easily register your return and send it back free of charge. You can send the order via a DHL point.

Returning an item

Renewed return process: faster and easier!

As of now, we have improved our return policy to make it even easier for you. While we hope you're happy with your new purchases, we understand that sometimes something has to be returned. Follow the steps below for a quick and hassle-free return via our new return portal.


Step 1: Login or Sign Up


Step 2: Register items as returns

  • Go to "My Orders.
  • Click on 'View or Manage' of the order you want to return.
  • Select 'Return Item' and follow the steps to register your return.


Step 3: Receive return label

  • After submitting your return, you will receive a return label via email.
  • Print out the return label and stick it on the packaging.


Step 4: Package preparation and shipment

  • Place the items you wish to return back in the original packaging in which your order was delivered.
  • Take the package to a DHL point and have the return label scanned.
  • You may return items from different partial deliveries in one bag, as long as everything fits neatly into the package.

Exchange item

Have you received your new item, but unfortunately in the wrong size? Or do you prefer your item in a different color? No worries! Just fill in the exchange form, which you can download here, and indicate which item and which size you need. We will send you the right item as soon as possible! Follow the steps on the form and you will have the right item in no time.

Refund

If you return an item within 30 days of receipt, you will receive a refund for the item within 10 business days to the bank account you used to pay for it. If you paid by credit card, you will see the refund on your next credit card statement. If you have chosen to pay later, the item will be removed from your outstanding invoice. The outstanding invoice shows the amount of items held. Should you have returned everything, the entire order will be closed. Should shipping costs have been paid and you return your entire order, the shipping costs will also be refunded.

Status of my return

When you return your items, you will receive a confirmation email when we have processed your returned items. Check the status of your return in your account.

Return of sale items

No problem. Just follow the same steps as returning non-redeemed items.

Received a defective item

Please send an email to: webshop@wearegarcia.com stating your order number (invoice number) including a picture of the defect. Customer service will then help you further.

What are the exchange and return conditions?

We ask that you return the receipt. Of course, you may review/fit the clothing at home as you would in a store. However, as far as reasonably possible, the clothing must be returned in its original condition and packaging. We ask that you do not wash the item and do not remove any attached price tags. Do you do more with the products than evaluate them, and does this cause damage to the product? Then you are liable for this depreciation. You may exchange/return an item a maximum of 3 times.
