Return and exchange policy

Do you want to return an item? You can do so without giving a reason. The return period is 30 days. This period starts on the day you receive the items. Your order also includes a return form and a return label. If you fill these out completely, you can return the order free of charge.

Exchange and return conditions

We kindly request that you return the return slip with the item or bring it to the store. You are welcome to evaluate/try on the clothing at home as you would in a store. However, the clothing must be returned to the best of your ability in its original condition and packaging. We kindly ask that you do not wash the item and do not remove any attached price tags. If you do more with the products than just evaluating them, resulting in damage to the product, you will be held responsible for this depreciation in value. You may exchange/return an item a maximum of 3 times.


If you return an item within 30 days of receiving it, you will receive the refund for the item within 10 business days to the bank account you used for payment. If you paid with a credit card, you will see the refund on your next credit card statement. If your order was paid with Riverty of KLARNA, the item will be deducted from your outstanding invoice. The outstanding invoice reflects the amount for the kept items. If you have returned everything, the entire order will be closed. Shipping costs are only reimbursed if the entire order is returned.

How do I track the status of my return shipment?

When you return your items, you will receive a confirmation email once we have processed your returned items. You will receive the refund for the item within 10 business days.

Return of sale items

No problem. Follow the same steps as returning non-discounted items.

I want to exchange an item

Do you want to exchange an item for another size, or a similar other item? It is possible to exchange an item within 30 days. To do this, please fill out our exchange form by clicking here. Then, follow the same steps as when returning an item, as described above.

Received a defective item

Please contact our Customer Service via webshop@wearegarcia.com, stating your order number (invoice number) and a photo of the defect. Customer service will assist you further.

Right of return

Items can be returned without additional cost within 30 days of receiving your order, without stating a reason. You can send the items to:
