Return and exchange policy

Do you want to return or exchange an item? Through our new returns portal, you can easily register your return and send it back. After that, you can drop off your parcel at a DHL point. You can return your order within 30 days. This period starts on the day you received the items.

The cost per return is €2.95. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
