I have not received an item, which is labeled as delivered, what should I do?

If your order status stats "delivered", but you did not receive (one of) your items, please fill in this form and send it to us via webshop@wearegarcia.com, so that we can process the request.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship to The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Luxembourg and Spain (excluding Canary Islands).

What are the shipping costs?

When you order in our webshop there are no shipping costs.

Depending on the country you live in, we use the following payment methods:

How can I check the status of my order?

When you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirmation. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse you will receive an email with a track and trace link. Your can follow your order progress through this link on the DHL website.

Is it possible to buy items in the online shop and pick them up in a GARCIA store?

No, unfortunately this is not possible.

How can I make a return or exchange?

Can I return items I purchased online at a GARCIA Store?

No, unfortunately this is not possible.

What are the terms and conditions for returning or exchanging an item?

Please fill out the return form. For a detailed description, check our service page about returns.

Will shipping costs also be refunded when I return an item?

Returns are completely free of charge.

How can I check the delivery status of returned items?

You will receive a confirmation when we have received the returned items in our warehouse.
