Shipping
Orders with a value above €50 are delivered free with standard delivery. For orders under €50, shipping costs are €4.95. DHL is Garcia's logistics partner in Europe - orders to France will be delivered by Asendia. Once your order is packed, you will receive a confirmation including a Track & Trace code with which you can follow your package. Please note that it may take several minutes for this code to become active.
Delivery time
Your products will be delivered from our warehouse in The Netherlands. Depending on the destination, your package will be delivered to you in 4-6 working days.

- France: 4-6 business days, shipped with Asendia
- Spain: 4-5 business days, shipped with DHL
- Austria: 4-5 business days, shipped with DHL
- Luxemburg: 3-4 business days, shipped with DHL

If you didn't receive your item(s), please fill in this form (DHL) and send it to us via webshop@wearegarcia.com. Is your order shipped to France with Asendia? Then you can download this form instead and send it to us via webshop@wearegarcia.com. We will process the application for you.
Received defective item
Send an email towebshop@wearegarcia.com stating your order number (invoice number) including a photo of the defect. Customer service will then help you further.
